RBTA keeps moving!

Well I bought a rose bubble tip anemone about 4 months ago. It was doing great. It would move from time to time but I changed bulbs on my MH a couple of days ago and it's been moving all over the tank. Today it went through the overflow and down into the sump! I'm trying to see what can I do to help it settle down?? I would hate for it to get shredded into one of the powerheads or once again the overflow.

do you have little coves in your rock work? Mine like to hide the base in a cove or under a cave and peek out.

+1. Mine has its foot deep in the rock work and comes out for light. Did you replace your bulbs with the same type/watt bulbs?

I replaced my bulbs to a 150 20k and it had 14k in there before.

At the time I don't know where it went. I hope that it's still in there someplace. I don't see it in the overflow so it must be someplace in the rockwork.

Well it was moving around and it managed to go through the overflow and down into the sump. I noticed a cut on the side with white stuff coming out so it worried me cause I thought that did it. I placed it back in the tank and it moved to the back but I no longer saw it. Wasn't sure if it died or what. Good news...I saw it today! Its stuck to the glass in a crevice. I think its staying put to heal up? I have covered my powerheads and the pvc pipe of the overflow.

My nems like to hide their foot/base under my shelf rock. Doing this allows them to reach out and expand from underneath the ledge. One has not moved in 4 years. It spllits into 3 and stays in place while the other clones move The split occurs like clockwork every 8-9 months. My last clones from a month ago were just sold.
