Radion gen 3 lighting % question

Happy early Easter everyone! My question is I have a DSA 105 which is. 24" deep I have a bunch of sps in the tank and I have had both my lights on 100% but since the addition of carbon my water just looks even more clear I'm worried about them getting to much light. They are currently on traditional reef Aquarium which is deep blues for 4 hours a day and ramped at 100% for 8 hours. The corals are not showing signs of stress or anything but am I pumping to much light in there? I don't have Algea or anything just don't know if my corals would look better with less light. If anyone has any insight on if more or less light is better I would like some info! Like I said I only deal in acros so that's what I'm growing!

Thanks guys

Yes. 100% is too much light. You should be running them 60% at 8" from water surface. Increase intensity for every inch or so higher

There at 70% now because there mounted 10" off water. I have sps on bottom at about 20" are they gonna be fine at 70? Everything else I will keep on 100% except whites

With sps, water quality and flow is more important than lighting. With that said, I run mine at 60% but they're closer to the top 8" of water, some mid level around 12-14". But I have clams and some monipora on the very bottom at 21-22" deep that are growing and doing very nicely. What I noticed is with lower light on sps, they don't grow as fast, but they have amazing color.
