Rabbitfishes/Foxfaces eat caulerpa? Anybody??

I have read a couple of places that say Rabbitfishes/Foxfaces are about the best algae grazers there are. Some will even eat the "un-palatable" stuff most fish won't.
My question is will they eat Caulerpa racemosa? Or which ones will eat it might be the more proper question.

Doesn't anyone have any input/experiences with these or anty other fishes (or inverts) that will aggressively graze on Caulerpa racemosa?
 
In my experience they won't eat racemosa and neither will tangs. I had to physically remove it from my tank and will never grow it in a fuge again.
 
I looked at google images. Is this grape calerpa ya'll are talking about? If it is my it is, my fishes love it. I put grape on my clip at least once a week. I had a scribble rabbit fish that I couldn't get to eat off the clip. Then, I was messing with my fuge and some flew in and he was all about it. then, I put it on the clip with some nori and that is how I got him to eat nori off the clip.

Since it is prone to going sexual, it's not worth the risk to me. I had to take each rock, put it in a bucket, and pick that stuff off with tweezers to get rid of it. Feather caulerpa is much safer and all of my vegetarian fish eat it.
 
I agree it's a PITA. It's not a matter of I'm considering getting some I have an issue going on already. I've been wanting a Foxface or one of the other Rabbitfishes so was wondering which one would be most likely to chow down on it.

Yuki, it is the Grape Caulerpa. Which fishes of yours besides the Scribbled Rabbitfish are eating it?

all the tangs that I have ever had munch on it. I tried feather and cheato. They like this stuff the best. My buddy always kind of was scared of doing so. My fish have never let it grow. I do need to be careful of going sexual.

My yellow tank and foxface both freak out when they see my digging in my fuge. They love the grape and the cheato. It took my foxface 2 or 3 days to completely clean my very overgrown 75 gallon.
 
yeah my foxface, sailfin tang loves grape caulerpa, and will even graze on any hair algae i might of gotten on the caulerpa...my clown tang will not touch the caulerpa I guess it is spoiled with the nori
