R/O right or other for RO/DI

What do you guys use for your RO/DI for minerals and to bring up your ph? R/O right? said:
Almost everyone uses Kalkwasser. Or does nothing at all (and use a calcium reactor on their system)

You do not need to add minerals as evaporation does not remove them. So you would be adding excess minerals.

In saltwater tanks? IMHO Nothing...

It's for freshwater aquariums using RO/DI water... In saltwater, our salt mix and and/or kalkwasser reconstitute our RO/DI water, nothing extra is needed...

I did however use RO Right when I had freshwater. The stuff did not have a very high KH though so I always added a good amount of baking soda along with it. Still found dosing 1/2 RO 1/2 tap the best overall method.

But, as said above, not necessary in saltwater.

OK, that is good because for my old reef tank, I used to just buy my water and with my fresh tanks, I used tons of stuff to get my freshwater up to par. Thanks for the info.
