I am gonna start getting stuff ready for the new tank build and I have a few electrical questions..

For a 100-150g tank running all the normal stuff, like Skimmer main pump, lights VHO and halide, powerheads and other acc. (ACjr) what kind of elctrical should I run?

I wanna run a dedicated circuit to that room with 3 outlets one for the acjr and the other two for DJ powerstations operating my power panel.
Thanks in advance for the input guys..

Two 15 amp circuits would be what I would choose.

Any good and reasonable electricians on the east side(Garland/Richardson). I have all of my tanks in one room now and I have tripped the breaker(15 amp circuit) and now have my Reefkeeper on an extension cord to another zone. Would like another 15 amp circuit zone to the room. I have two 125G, one 30G, 2 10G and the 75G sump/refug going. One HOT circuit!!! I'm afraid to add up the load!

Hey you know Marc this would make a perfect reefcast topic   said:
Yep, and I'm definitely getting in the mood to record a new episode.

Its been how long since the last episode??? I have almost memorized the current episodes, since there are no new ones to listen to

If you have to add a new circuit you should add 20 amp circuits as the cost difference is minimal considering the labor to do it and you don't have to use all the current

I had 2 20 amp circuits installed and it cost $300
But that didnt include fixing the holes in the drywall that the electrican cut
to run the wires

Ya see I could do it for $50 but i am sure i would spend more in medical bills after I electrocute my self...
