question about ca, ka/alk, and mg

i just did water test.
ca 440ppm
kh 9.0 dkh
alk 3.2
mg 1290ppm

where can i find the levels of these to have a balanced reef?
i have brs 2 part kit, how do i know how much to dose to raise to desired levels?
had the tank 5 days. was up and running 6 months before i got it.

all input is appreciated. trying to find it as i post this!
