I've had a Pygmy Angel for about 1 ? years.
It is an active fish that always seems to be swimming the length of the tank. The fish has always been healthy and I've never observed any agressive behaviour towards any of the other tank inhabitants. For an experienced aquarist (which you are), and for someone with a tank with plenty of swimming space (which you have)...I would highly recommend this fish.
