the white tang is just an albino. Lots of animals can be albino including humans.

hmm., albino, that would make it real sensitive to UV, probably putting that thing under metal halides would fry him with radiation, if that is in fact an albino fish. Although the dark pigment in the eyes and some color sort of seems like its just a color morph similar to those clownfish from ORA which is not albinism.

Yea, Looks more like what those white and yellow Tangs have going on instead of being albino, either way though beautiful fish. I hope it stays put.
