problem with koralia 4, please help or give suggestions

Has anyone had any trouble with their Koralia 4 impeller,mine started rattling ,jumping up and down the shaft and not producing any flow.Any ideas what is causing the problem, this is my main flow for my reef tank and need to figure out how to fix this problem.

Try taking the pump apart and cleaning everything with a little vinegar with some water. Do you run this 24/7 or on a wave making cycle?

Ok ,cleaning didnt help completely but if I take and leave the concentrator nozzle/fish guard off of it, it will run.Is better than nothing I guess. :)

i would suggest taking it out of the tank.i had 3 of them do the same thing,and in the end they ended up putting electricity in the tank.luckilly i had put them in a tank just for cleaning and they didnt hurt anything (except my hand).they were all at different times not at once.
