power head in refugium

I am thinking about getting a small power head for my refuge..

I think there is a lot of flow but i am also thinking mixxing it more cannot hurt any thing..

i have one over flow to it from te tank and one from the Skimer.
I flow pretty good..


Any Thoughts?
