Powder Brown Tang

Ok here's the deal purchased a powder brown at Petco over the weekend acclimated him and seems to be fine is swimming around alot but never see him eat and yesterday noticed a dark brown spot on his side looks like where his stomach would be.

Tank is a 75 gallon with a 125 gal stock tank sump has been up since Apr of this year has a little bit of a red slime issue but is getting under control.

Guess my question is this spot something to be concerned with. or it is normal this is the first tang I,v owned. Oh and tank mates are a GSM Clown, and a coral beauty..

Sorry I guess I am still a little new. I will try to take shots and post.

Now when I say hes not eating I may be wrong cause I dont have much time to watch him and when I do he is still a little shy...

As far as food I have been placing a sheet a day of seaweed and then just when I got him switch the tank to some prime reef to add a little variety.

I'll try the mysis over the weekend when got a little more time to monitor him.

I did just notice from the peaking corner method(haha) that he is swimming around alot looks like nipping at the live rock so maybe he is eating just shy the spot is that dark anymore but it looks like if he would be see through and ate something and you can see it in his belly...

Cant get a shot of him. still very shy and alot of rock work.
