Potters leopard wrasse

I just introduced one of these to my tank and i'ts beautiful and super active. It is about 5" long. Bought it big just in case my 6 line decided to be a pest. So far so good. It has not looked at it twice since i put it in the tank [smilie=lol.gif] . Anyone else keep one? Share some info/pics ?

I couldn't handle the sandstorm it made.

Got it at one of my LFS, and yes it does like to dig in the sand every now and again. It doesn't do it much, so it doesn't bother me much so far. I'll try to get a pic of it soon. I really like its coloration and personality.

That's what I read about them too, but mine is fine and already eating frozen !! It's extremely active and hunts for pods constantly.

I want one :( I've seen one for sale locally, but it was at a petco....didn't really wanna buy a sw fish at petco :/

I'm not so sure I'm equipped for rescue missions with sw fish. I could prob cure any ich that fish had but idk much about diseases for sw fish. If it happened to be a picky eater, I don't have access to live food :/ that being said, that fish I'm talking about actually looked pretty healthy.

Satyra, I'm sure you'll come across one if you look around. I personally don't ever purchase stock from Petco, as they don't appear to care for the livestock to much. We have a miillion LFSs to pick from out here !! Many are well run and with very healthy specimens.

You guys in dfw are lucky lol. I love dfw when it comes to fish stuff, I still drive up there and get alot of supplies and livestock. the variety of fish and corals is just awesome! And the prices are good too, that's always a big bonus.
