Polyclad Flatworm Help

All, so I pulled a large frag mount from my tank, to only find what I first believe was a AEFW. However, no SPS in my tank has been disturbed, nor have I added anything new in months. There are also no signs of eggs, tissue bites to acro or any others hanging around. This was the only one I could find, with no signs of others. After further research, it looks like what I pulled was a polyclad flatworm. Although, brownish in color, the pattern does resemble a clam, just not with the vibrant colors. In the past year or so, I have lost all nassarius snails in my tank, along with two clams. No large trochus have been bothered. I will follow up this post with a pic, but wanted to see if anyone had any experience with these suckers. From most articles I read, it seems most people only have 1, where a few have more. It also looks as if these are as closely related to what I would consider a flatworm, as you and I have in common with flatworms. I plan to get a clam from the store and setting up a little trap. However, I wanted to see if anyone else has had experience with these, how abundant they were in the tank, along with removal. Let me know, much appreciated! Thanks!

I have never had experience with them yet, but definitely looks like a flatworm to me. Specifically it is probably the mollusc eating variety: http://www.melevsreef.com/critter/mollusc-eating-flatwormYou might want to get some Flatworm Rx:http://www.melevsreef.com/product/flatworm-rx
