Plumbing Question

Hey Guys,

I'm trying to figure out the best way to plumb my return line to my tank. Right now I have it straight PVC with idk how many elbows and it just seems to bulky and constricting. What is the best way to plumb the return back to the tank? Right now it is PVC all the way up to the tank and then I have PVC going up the back, over the trim, down into the tank and then a 90 elbow for the nozzle. I'm having bubbles in the DT really bad when I turn the pump up even half way.

I have a 55 gallon with a 25 gallon sump and a mag 9.5.

Any suggestions?

Do you have any pics of the plumbing itself?

The bubbles in the display could be from a small pinhole leak in one of the fittings that is pulling air in. If you turn off the mag pump do the bubbles go away after a few minutes?

Spa flex is a popular choice, but the problem is it isnt rigid. Where you need a rigid support, you may have to clamp or use traditional PVC fittings.
