Pleas Help Me Identify

Please let me know what this little guy is.. I am thinking it is some kind of an anemone but not sure.. Its body is clear and it has little yellow balls at the end of tentacle looking things... It only comes out when it is dark when lights come on it wraps itself into its body and I never see it eat anything... ???? Really not sure has never moved either been in the same place since I brought home that piece of LR

Well, its hard to tell from the picture, but looks/sounds like a glass anemone. I have lots in my refuge and they are harmless filter feeders.
 
I did lookup a glass anemone and whats in my tank looks nothing like that I will try to get some better pictures of it but it is hard cause the minute I turn on the light it like sucks itself inand wrapes itself in a little ball... Plus with me moving into a bigger tank last night I had just set the live rock in it I didnt want to stress the livestock too much at one time so tonight I decided to place it and stack it and form it into something I think is nice ****BY THE WAY 50 Pounds OF LIVE ROCK IS NOT ENOUGH FOR A 55 GALLON TANK**** but as soon as it all settles hopefully by the morning I will try to get some more pictures....

Oh yeah 1 more question.. How do star fish have babies? Reason for asking is I bought a banded serpant star about a month back and while moving the tank around Tonight I discovered a baby banded star very very little but moving around the tanks looking for food really cool anyway

I've never seen a micro serpent star grow up to be a big one. I think they are two different classes, so what you see you may see many more, but they'll never get larger.
