melev Club President Staff member Board of Directors Sponsor May 9, 2008 #2 Why? Have you ever emptied a compressor? The fluid coming out is pretty bad, so I'd imagine it would be a bit polluted. The power to run a compressor is far greater than the power used by a small air pump.
