PC's to T5's

I'm looking at upgrading to T5's to cut down on some heat generation. I haven't done any research yet
but I'm wondering if I can use my Icecap ballasts that I have for the PC's with the T5 lighting.

I know I would have to adapt a different cord from the ballast for the new fitting on the light.
Is this available now or a possible DIY project?

I know for sure icecap 430 and 660 will work on t5s.. 660 overdrives the bulbs and does create a lot of heat - not nearly as much as a halide but more than regular fluorescent bulbs...
