well, i got my new MRC Nilsen reactor yesterday.. and it only took my 20 minutes to break it... totally my fault... :x
i have a nice ro/di top-off set with the complete kent float valve and shutoff valve. i figured it would be safe since it shuts off the flow when the top-off float seals shut with out any issues. :?
but what a mistake.... i cracked the lid right in half and broke 2 plastic screws, no other damage, just a cracked lid. but what a scary POP it made :shock: !
so live and learn... i will need to replace my peristaltic pump and use my fishfanatic top-off controller with a reservoir.
andy said he would send a new lid right away.
