[One of my blue damsels died after it's head got stuck in a hole in the rock. I have since rotated that particular rock to prevent it from happening again, but how common is it?]

[I was going to take a picture, but that seemed kind of morbid. Poor little dude never saw it coming! I went to feed and only counted 7 so I started looking for him. For the record, he was stuck in there pretty good... I had to wiggle him out!

[Sorry to hear about your fish, It is always hard to lose something from your tank.
If I can keep my fish from jumping I should be good. I have lost 2 clowns (a false and a true) from carpet surfing. And they are not known for thier jumping.]
 
[I saved a flame angel that had its' head stuck in a hole. It had a little gash from trying to push on through in a panic since he couldn't back up. It has a scar up near it's eye. I had to chip the hole bigger with a screwdriver.]
 
[When I was young and didn't know any better I had a leapord shark in my 75, it knocked over a piece of live rock and killed itself one night :/

Fish aren't to bright, Darwin wins in the ocean.]
