anything odyssea is something that you should stay away from if you don't want your house to burn down.

You may want to do a few internet searches on odyssea lights. There are multiple reports of them causing fires, they have supposedly complied with UL requirements by properly grounding their fixtures. I have owned one of their fixtures as have others and we speak from experience. Their bulbs lose intensity and start shifting spectrum after 3 months or so and that's if you don't lose a ballast or two. With all of the money I sank into it upgrading the bulb and replacing bad ballast, I could have had a very good lighting fixture. Don't even think about customer service from them.

Cheers,

i see well it has new ballast for the actinics and it doesnt have the original MH ballast and with my electrical background im not worried about the interior electrical soo i guess its a good thing that i have another bulb on order

 One thing about good ol' St. Murphy....he usually waits until no one's around to apply his law. :D Hope it work's out for you tho', looks like the problem parts have already been replaced so with a new bulb you shoul be good to go. :D

Cheers,
