Bought this from a user here and I have no idea what some of these connections are for. Also does anyone know where I can get the black gromet these are in bad shape and leaking.

Hi,
This is a recirculation skimmer....your (A) id the input/output for the pump that does the recirculationg. Your (B) is for a input, wheather it be from a pump ot feed off of a mifold or gravity fed. (C) is labeled correctly however the white piec of pvc with the T shown in the pic fit's on there.
