I'm getting tired of replacing my SCWD every 4 months. In the long run it looks like it may pay for itseld in a year or so.

They are great great products. I had one on my 135 and sold it before I moved here. I almost got another but I'm strictly Tunze now.

i am looking at getting one too, everything i have read, on any post say they are great, but they do not have the squirt or super squirt anymore, bummer! they said they may have some soon, but can not give a date! BAH! i thought about gettin the 4 way, but it is too expensive.

I had a Squirt on my last tank and have a Super Squirt on my current tank and would not hesitate to buy another one. I love not having powerheads and other contraptions in my tank. The Squirt ran 24/7 for 18 months with no problems and little if any maintenance. The Super Squirt has been running for 4 months with no issues either.

I just recently purchased a 4 way for my new tank that I am setting up. I will put it on my return since I am not doing a closed loop. Any random flow you can do the better.

I have a 4-way set up on my 120, works great for my closed loop. When my tank was newly set up the sand floating around would jam up the drum, but I haven't had that happen in the last 8 months or so.

Guy's and Gal's,
I talked to the people (Cass) at Ocean Motions and she said that they will have the s-squirt compact ready to ship in a week or two...George Orndorff

I use a 4-way/dart closed loop on my 180 and a squirt run by a mak4 on my
70 cube. These are great I would recommend them to anyone. They also have excellent customer service.

I installed one on the return of the 210 I am almost finished with. If you can install it on a closed loop you wont have to worry about any siphoning problems. When I did a power failure test it siphoned back down to the sump so make sure you have a big enough sump to handle the water or place the outputs at the very top of the tank to minimize that amount of water siphoned. I really like it though! said:
An anti-siphon hole just below the water line will alieveiate this problem as well...
