Just wanted to share some valuable info. My trates have been 20ppm since day one despite water changes and a fuge full of chaeto and caulerpa. I recently added several new kinds of macro and trates are now ZERO finally. I'm not positive what types is taking out all the nutrients but I have added mostly red gracillaria and brown gracillaria and some mangroves but they havent grown much yet so I dont think it's them. Most of the algaes came from ebay. Here's a link. I bought 2 of the grab bags and got lots of goodies. If your battling trates you might give it a shot. Worked for me. I asked him specifically not to send chaeto or caulerpa so you might want to do the same.
