New to the board - Hello

Just thought I would introduce myself. I am new to the DFWMAS. I heard of it from an employee at Petco.

I currently have a 24 Aquapod. I've had several aquariums in the past both fresh and saltwater.

This seems like a really great board with lots of helpful people!

I'm going to attend the Frag Swap tomorrow. I have never been to one before. Can anyone come to the swap? Can you attend and just purchase if you do not have frags to swap?
Aside from a cooler what else should you bring?
Cash only I assume?

If you don't have something to trade, cash will generally work just fine.

I'd recommend bringing cash, a cooler, some extra bags to put leaking bags in, and PLEASE bring towels! We want to make an extra effort to leave the facility as clean AND DRY as it was when we got there! :)

I too have a 24 gallon Aquapod. I am new to the hobby, but I have an English friend in Atlanta that got me interested.

I spotted http://www.tranquilscape.com/ in Arlington (I think it was somewhere on here - dfwas).
I need to get my tank set up with Live Rock. I am thinking of getting about 40 lbs of rock - Tonga Buna and Kaileni.

Any suggestions - Where would you go to stock a new tank, if you were a newbie?

I will let ya all know how it goes. I think I might just go ahead an do it this afternoon.
