just set up new Reef Devil Deluxe skimmer and set it per manufactures directions. I am now getting some micro air bubbles in the tank. Not a great deal, just enough to be annoying( I have not been running a skimmer, just a sump )Also the skimmer is mounted external of the sump. My question is will this go away when the skimmer gets " broke in" and are the bubbles detrimental to my corals and fish?
 
It will lessen as it breaks in, like any new plumbing. This takes as much as 14 days.

The output of your skimmer should be in a seperate section of the sump (called the skimmer section) to stop the microbubbles from passing into the return section where the return pump is situated.
