He was swimming ok, but now he's just at the bottom of the tank breathing rapidly and his lips are starting to pale. It's like he's not getting enough oxygen. But the black & white I also got today is doing just fine. They came out of the same tank and were bagged for a little over an hour. I don't have an IV drip so I did the cup acclimation, adding a small cup of tank water to the bag every 5 minutes or so until volume doubled, dumped half and did again. I didn't get to pick the fish out or really get a good look at them before they were bagged, so I'm not sure if he was already this way and they just didn't notice in the rush to add him to my order. (I ordered from Extreme Corals and picked up. They did an excellent job of packing everything just as if they were shipping it. And they also subbed the fish for a Ric rock that they didn't think looked healthy enough anymore. So I don't think that they would have knowingly given me a sick fish.) They did net the fish to get him out of the tank, so maybe that? But I don't think so.
