new nudibranch

While swimming in my own head gazing at my mini reef last night, I noticed a very small (1/2") but very pretty little nudibranch. I tried to get a picture but my camera isnt good at macro, but I was wondering if anyone could I.D. it without a pic but rather with the best description I can muster.

This guy is light blue with a yellow line running the length of its body. On the edges of its body are random yellow half circles with the open edge of the half circle being the edge of the nudi. It also has red/pink antannae both front and rear.

For about an hour I observed him and the whole time he spent only on the live rock. This morning, he seemed to be playing in the current of my powerhead where I have a bit of algae growth. No problems with any of my corals at this time.

Danger to my mini reef or no?

*Disclaimer* - Im color blind so this is a compilation of both my comparing it to other colors in the tank and the help of my son
