New LED build 90W

I just built a new LED fixture due to the lighting seminar at MACNA and some of the debates on colors
I have 30 3W led's mixed Cree and Steves LED luxeon's on a 7.25x16" 2 drivers one dimmable

RB String meanwell 35-700 (16 LED's)
W String unknown 32-70V 680mA dimmable (14 LED's)

I have 2 questions now:

1. on my 1st string all the LED's are lit up except one? would this be because I put to many LED's on the meanwell driver?

2. MY dimmable string when I try the dimming it is either super dim or full strength any ideas?

bah, the colors didn't line up like what was in my draft. I will try to get some pics up on the coloration, but so far my Anemone's are loving the new light I have to mod the other LED still to get equal lighting.

To help with the extra drivers and wiring I bought a junction box at lowes 6"x6"x4"(I think this was the size I am not home so not 100% sure)
