[very simple...I do not know why such thick acrylic on the bottom. One of my good friends made one with acrylic hanger to hold it near the top of the tank with a tall feeder tube to drop food in from above the tank without having to reach intop the tank (and scarying the fish you are trying to catch)]

[Bet the thick base is to make it sink to the bottom. I have a trap btw if anyone needs to borrow it to catch something.]

[here is another cool idea...you could probablly make a cheaper version with the middle of a 2 liter bottle with netting on the sides instead of eggcrate.]
