New Clams from ClamsDirect.com just arrived! - new pics!

I ordered 3 clams from clamsdirect on Monday. They were shipped yesterday via FedEx Priority Overnight and just arrived.

As I mentioned, I wanted to share the experience/packing/condition of the transaction as it is my first online live stock purchase and Barry is a heck of a guy as many of you know.

I orginally wanted only one clam, but since the shipping container holds 3 i combined shipping on 2 more. Probably will sell the other 2 - not sure which one I want to keep until I see the color.

I will post pics tonight after they have been in the main tank for 4-5 hours.
 
10 minutes after placing into main tank. 2 opening up, the third, largest clam still mostly closed.

Looks really nice. You may want to put something like a clamshell or flat rock underneath them if they will be on the frag rack for any length of time, so they will attach to something other than the rack.
