New Apex controller, no internet.

I have no way to hook this up to the internet yet. Can anyone help me configure this thing?
Either through the controller or if I can maybe hook up an Ethernet cable to my laptop????

Is like to at least get my lights programmed to turn off and on. Tank lights are on 1, sump light is on 8. Just want to turn em on at 9:30 and off at 9:00.

Have you seen the unoffical apex users guide? Helped me out alot.

If your just looking to program the lights you can use the display or you can connect it to a router and type in the ip address of the controller

Default 192.168.1.50

http://apex/ should get you there. If nothing was changed in the network settings. admin / 1234 to login.

I'm good now. Called Neptune Systems this morning, they got me configured and showed me what I was doing wrong.
Paul helped me get set up to use the ethernet cord directly to my laptop.
Since then, I went to Best Buy and picked up a wireless Ethernet adapter, so now I'm connected and wireless!

Gotta say, this thing is awesome. Can't wait to get my interface for my LEDs, then learning more as I go!
