Neptune Apex PH Probe help!

I purchased the Apex model in the club group buy and now that I'm trying to set up the pH probe, I'm reading that the display is needed. [smilie=surprised.gif] [smilie=sadsmile.gif]

Can anyone:
1) come over and help me calibrate the probe?
2) lend me their display just long enough to calibrate the pH probe?
3) calibrate my probe for me?

if option 3, I could come by with probe, calibrate it (I have the fluid packets), and carry it back home in liquid. Then plug it right into the Apex and it would work? (i presume?)

Out on a limb here, I'd REALLY appreciate assistance. I really don't want to resort to purchasing the display solely to calibrate the pH probe. Thanks so much.

Unfortunately I don't think you can do it without the display module. Someone will have to come over with a display module. You can't go to someone else's unit. The display has to communicate to the E8 unit.

Thanks for the info kthomas, do you happen to have the display? If so, can you help me out? I can trade your time for a ricordea or two or $20? :) I'd hate to buy the display for this..

If you want to bring your apex over you can adjust you ph probe on my display

I don't have the APEX anymore. I sold mine because I was able to do everything I needed to with my old ACIII. I didn't think it was worth switching it out. Pampee can help you... Just take your E8 and Ph Probe with you to his house.
