Nem twisting

My Nem keeps twisting in my Nano. I go in there and feed him and I see he is twisted near his foot. Should I change the power heads to change the water flow in the tank or is it ok for him to do this? I do spin him around to untwist him nearly every time because it looks painful to me.

I would leave it alone....if it's not happy it will make changes without intervention.

Thanks Ron. That is what I thought but it still looks like it hurts

BTW how is the tank coming along??
