Need to borrow filter/skimmer asap! - For quaratine tank

[We have all our fish in the only other tank we had available (10gal) to battle some ich with hyposalinity. Obviously we are having trouble keeping the ammonia down with just water changes alone.

Does any one have a filter or skimmer I could borrow for a few weeks (4-6) until we are able to place the fish back in the main tank?

I am in the Richardson area and would be willing to go almost anywhere to pick it up!
