Need sump help with possible skimmer addition

[I have been running skimmerless for awhile now but Im kicking around the idea of adding a skimmer. I have been thinking about doing an out of sump skimmer but if possible would like to put it in the sump. I have not decided what skimmer to go with as of yet but wanted a bit of help with how to possibly do this. My sump/fuge is setup as the pic shows. The deminsions of the entire tank is as follows:
36" total length
19" tall
15" wide

The breakdown of the tank is as follows:
intake section 5.5"
fuge 21"
media section 3"
outgoing section 6.5"

The fuge has baffles on the bottom across the entire section. Any and all suggestions would be great.

[A couple options. Put another baffle in that reduces your fuge to about 9" . That would you about 11" and most skimmers would fit there.

Depending on how big your tank is a HOT skimmer such as a Remora is another option.]
