Need suggestions for 175g

[I currently have a 175 G RR tank with a 40G sump. I have a Bullet 2 protein skimmer from Percision Marine and I have the 72" Orbit 4X96 watt for lights. I have about 140lbs of live rock and about 200 lbs of live sand. Right now I have this set up as a fish only tank.

I am wanting to change it up and make it a reef tank. I have been researching and finding what is best to put in the tank that will get along. What are the best for beginners with no previous experence? Aslo, would I need any additions equipment or lighting?]

[what kind of fish do you have?

With your lighting I would suggest

Green Star Polyps, mushrooms, zoos, kenya tree, and maybe even Frogspawn, hammer, or torch corals if you put them up high.

Ive kept those before under PC lighting only and they did quite fine. Just try to keep your coral placement towards the top of the tank. How deep is your tank?]

[I currently have a yellow tang, Copperbanded Butterfly and a tomoto clown. There are several small snails and crabs in the tank as well.

From water serfice to top of sand bed is about 22"

Would I be able to have anemones in this tank?]

[as far as lighting is concerned, im not 100% sure. it definately depends on the type of anemome. They are very sensitive to nitrates though. how are they in your tank?]

[Currently my nitrates are usually at 20 or so. That is mainly because of the large Lionfish, eel and Stingray that I have in there. I plan on changing my sump next weekend to include a fug area to help reduce nitrates. Once I remove the predator fish and add the fug I would not suspect a nitrate problem. Am I correct?]
