need advice on protein skimmer

i have a 24 inch nautilus protein skimmer, i have a rio 2500 pump that pushes 700 gph, thats whats recomende, i get no micro bubbles and it just over flows the skimmer soon as you turn it on, does it need a special pump, its a venturi so i dont think it needs air from the pump, any suggestions
 
there issupposed to be a fitting on the pump intake
its called a turbo eductor orsomething like that
that is what kinda chops up your water into micro bubbles
if you arenot seeing any micro bubbles this is where you need to start looking
