Need a custom hob overflow built for me - Anyone know of such a being

[I am going to make my DAS tank into a reef tank but have decided drilling is NOT an option. I want to do an HOB overflow or two but need a bit assistance with it. DAS tanks have Euro frames and a large lip (3+ inches) that I need to contend with. I am looking for someone that can fabricate an overflow that will work on my tank. I have not been able to find an overflow that will work on my tank. Any and all help would be great]
 
[My concern for the HOB overflow is the HUGE lip DAS tank have. I have about 3.5-4.5" of lip before I actually get to water. Will an HOB be able to get water over that size of a lip??]
 
[I would say yes. As long as the siphon is not broken, it should work. How much room do you have behind the tank for the outer box?]
 
[Room will not be a problem because Im in the process of building a new stand and canopy...]
