My Soft Corals look swolen, Are the happy or stressed?

I have a white plate coral a white bubble coral and some frogspawn. I did my normal 20% water change yesterday and the corals are really out and swollen. They look amazing this way but I need to know if they are happy or stressed?
 
probably just enlarged so they can soak up some of the nutrients from the WC. My plate looks like a baloon at times
 
First of all, those are lps's. But other than that, they can inflate for many reasons. Usually, it is a sign they are healthy and happy, so you must be doing something they like!
