My Regals color change

Quick question...Is it normal for Regals to change in color? The face of the fish darkened quite a bit over night. She had little black freckles and over night the blue got more purple, and her face was solid black.
Day two she's beginning to lighten back up, but not all the way.

Cool! I was seriously thinking something was wrong. All my water levels were normal, and she was still swimming strong, and she gets all excited when I walk up to the glass. Thanks for the quick responses.
 
Yep, Mine does the same thing, usually in the mornings. His black areas will sometimes lighten up to gray color for a few minutes.
