Well after weeks of moving slowly, I am finally well on my way to getting my 95 Gallon up and running.
I went with a very simple plumbing scheme. I had originally planned out a rather elaborate plumbing job, but then realized I was leaving myself lots of room for error and went back to the old "Keep it simple stupid" mantra, took back $26 bucks in pvc and stuck with this for now.

Turns out where the plug is won't let my sump sit quite like I wanted it to (flat against the back brace, so it is now at an angle. Some day I might feel like changing out the bulky HD plugs with some flat plugs, but I doubt it.

Things are progressing nicely except that I may have to shim one side of the stand: the tank, stand, and water seemed level until I got about 20 gallons into it, then the water was off. I will check it in the morning and see if anything needs to be done and make sure there still aren't any bottom leaks. Then I will move over the rock, sand, and the old tank water, add my fishies and turn the profilux on.

And Abby isn't so sure about this new tank being in the Living Room.

But a little dinner calmed her down.
