My new ORA 5" Dursa!

Picked up my first clam, a 5 or so inch ORA Dursa at Franks Tanks. I researched before I bought it, but as always I got some great additional info from them. The reason for this post is to make sure this large of a clam will be fine in a 65G? My calcium is steady at 450, but I want to make sure this clam wont suck more then I can safely dose! Also, if you can think of anything to tell a first time clam owner please do! Thanks!
 
Slightly off topic, but is this little pinch on the left bottomish of my clam pinched mantle? Also what about the pic where the mantle is rolled back alittle?
