My mushrooms are loosing their colors.

I have a 30 gallon tank that has been up for about 2 years now. It contains about 35 pounds of LR and a sand bed. This is my first tank, so I have stuck mostly with zoos and mushrooms. I have several colors of mushrooms, but many of them have lost their color, and are now sort of a drab brownish green. I have 130 watts of white light and 15 watts of actinic light. Do I need more actinic light?

I have 2 compact fluorescent bulbs of 65 watts each. The actinic lignt is just a regular 15 watt fluorescent bulb. The Compact fluorescent lights were bought in March of last year, so about 10 months old. The actinic bulb was bought a month ago.

Also, do a couple of 50% water changes this week. That should make them perk up considerably. Brown corals indicate excessive nutrients in the water. Running carbon actively in a canister filter can help. Blow off your LR to get the detritus out of the system, either via siphoning or the canister filter, as well as your protein skimmer if you have one.
