My 1st Canopy

This is my first canopy. Birchwood from Home Depot. Many lessons learned, however, I think it looks ok.

Wow, that is huge. Does the stand match it?
 
It is extremely close to the stand that was purchased with the aquarium. I have the AquaMedics AB 150W MH lighting system. In order to get the MH lighting 9 1/2 inches above the water line, the canopy needed to be a certain height. It hides all lighting.

p.s. possible distortion from picture. The canopy is 19" in height.
 
I don't doubt it a bit. That looks like 19" tall.

And to think, a long time ago, 19" was considered a big TV.
