Munguia's 100g

Hey everyone. Most of you have seen me on here, left me advice, or met me and helped me out. So I figured I would put up my aquarium as it has moved along these "3" months.

Start with my tank. It's a 100g DT with a 55g 3 chambered sump/refugium. I got it from this guy off craigslist for REALLY CHEAP!!! I got both tanks, stand and canopy, (2) 175 watt MH lights with ballast and bulbs, an E.T.S.S. Skimmer, overflow box, and a saltwater test kit.

So when I got this tank, I didn't know what to expect since I have only had 1 successful freshwater tank out of the 3 I've had in my life. But I love fish! So here it goes:

That stainless steel clamp on your return pump (under water) is a nono !! Attach pvc to the pump, and put the flex tubing and clamp above water.

You can also use plastic hose clamp's. http://www.fosterandsmithaquatics.com/product/prod_display.cfm?pcatid=9227&cmpid=11csepg&ref=3475&subref=AA or simply use these. http://tiewraps.com/usa_tie_wraps.html

Cheers,
