mounting green star polyps to magnet?

i have some green star polyps that i want to attach to an aqua-mag i picked up - it has a porous rough surface, can i just super glue the frag to the surface or do you have to use a rubber band? thanks.

ultimately, i would like for the gsp to spread on the side of the tank
 
Super glue GEL should work just fine.

But consider this - the gsp is REALLY hard to remove. You might scratch up the side of your tank, when it overgrows, and you try to remove it...

Of course, it looks really neat, having the side of your tank "wave" in the flow!

Just something to think about, though.
 
i agree on the difficulty of removing it - fortunately, i am fine with that in this setup ... i can't wait to see the green wall of death :)
