Molting 6 Line Wrasse w/ distended belly - Updated

My 6 line seems to be molting and his/her belly seems to be getting bigger. The scales underneath the molting skin seem to be more vibrant than the ones where the skin has not yet "molted". His/her underside seems to be getting bigger as well. Is she pregnant or does it have some sort of diease that I need to be concerned with?

******** Update ************
It wasn't molting. :) It died. No ascertainable reason. Got 50% store credit and traded for a pair of Osc Percs. Water parms are good. Oh well, was hoping for a litter of 6 liners!! :)

I'm not aware of any fish that "molt". I believe scales are replaced as they become damaged/dislodged. You should probably watch the fish closely and be prepared to treat it if necessary.
Is the fish still eating and acting normally?

Might be Dropsy, not very sure if saltwater fish can get that but if they do more than likely that is what it is.
