Mixing salt brands?

Hello all! I have been using Tropic Marine for a while now.
My calcium is 340 and alk is 9dkh on a fresh mix of this salt.

I was wondering, can you mix a higher calcium salt with this salt to try to balance it out a little better?

To lets say 400 calcium and 9dkh?
 
I use B-Ionic 2 part. It is a small reef tank.
I do 2 gallon water changes weekly.

Component #2 - Calcium Concentration: 54,000 ppm calcium ion. 1 ml per gallon of aquarium water will raise calcium concentration by 16ppm.

Could I just add 10ml of the calcium part of B-Ionic?
This should bring calcium up to 420, but would that drop my alk in the mix?

Also, how long should I let the mix sit before using it for a water change?
