Min waiting time for new salt water mix

Through a series of errors, I'm completely out of new sea water.

What do you think is the minimum amount of bubbling time with a stone before a new batch is safe enough for rotifers, phyto, etc. I've always waited a minimum of 24 hours before adding any new mixed water to an existing system.

ive made both with freshly mixed SW with no issues...im talking 5 minute freshly mixed (shaken) in a 2 liter bottle fresh...
 
Red sea pro says 3 hours, I just got some salinity and it takes FOREVER. YOu pretty much have to add it with a salt shaker to keep it from precipitating
 
yes, let me clarify, i used instantly for phyto, rotifers, and brine...for my tank i always do a min of 24 hours.
