Micro Bubbles

I have a 60G with an old wet/dry using as a sump with chaeto and miracle mud. I am having issues with micro bubbles in the display. Any ideas on reducing micro. I already put sponge in the retina of the skimmer. Venturi at zero for the moment. Just need some ideas.

If you check the return section of your sump with a flashlight, do you see any bubbles in the water or it is nice and clear?

There are some in the return not a lot. How do I cut them down in the return. I also have my reactor dumping into my return section

What kind of reactor?

Also, if you are using locline connections in your tank, make sure they are fully submerged. Those can venturi air between the knuckles and add microbubbles where the water shoots out.

Locline is the black tubing that points into the display tank. Looks like a black caterpillar, basically. ;)

Post a few pictures, that may help.
